Repair the fault, or replace the door?

A stuck garage door does not automatically need replacement. The decision depends on the condition of the sections, the counterbalance system, the tracks and the opener. An inspection identifies the failed part and whether repairing it will restore safe operation.

Yes for most repairs. Springs, cables, rollers, sensors, and opener parts are stocked on the truck. Door panel replacements may require ordering from the manufacturer (1-5 days). Emergency calls (door stuck open, car trapped) jump the queue regardless of the time.
